Terms of use
Keep it fair.
Keep it respectful.
These terms cover participation in the private Aura1v1 beta operated by Maximilian Huang, Germany.
Effective 2026-09-09
Participation
You must be at least 18 and invited to the private beta. Confirm your age honestly, choose an appropriate battle name, protect your account and do not share access with an uninvited person. There is no live subscription or real-money purchase flow in this beta. Restricted Paddle sandbox tests are not live sales. These terms do not promise future free access, availability or a public launch date.
The game
Aura1v1 connects two dancers by live camera and microphone for six-second turns in 60-second matches. Automated body-landmark recognition helps score moves. Results can be inaccurate and are for gameplay, not an assessment of health or fitness. Use a clear space, move within your abilities and stop if uncomfortable.
Community rules
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, display sexual content, exploit anyone, impersonate others, reveal private information or engage in unlawful conduct. Do not cheat, interfere with the service, evade a block or ban, or try to access another person’s account or private data. Use reports and blocks if something goes wrong. Leave a call you do not want to continue.
Recording and permissions
Do not record or share the other participant without their permission. Aura1v1’s in-app recording requires both players’ agreement. Submission for operator social use requires separate agreement from both and an explicit upload. You retain your rights in your contributions; you grant only the permission needed for the uses you choose. Social permission permits editing and posting submitted footage on Aura1v1’s own social accounts, including the names, images and voices it contains. It does not authorize paid ads, resale or AI training, and does not authorize unrelated use of Google account data.
The privacy policy explains withdrawal and deletion controls and the limits of recalling downloaded or externally posted copies. A recording or social choice is not required to play.
Rights in content
Only submit content you are entitled to use and permit others to use in the way selected. Consent from the other dancer does not clear third-party music or other rights. Aura1v1 does not provide a general music licence. Do not include other people in your camera view without their permission.
Moderation and contact
The operator may investigate reports and restrict participation for rule violations or safety reasons. Reports, blocks and bans are supported; uninterrupted human monitoring is not promised. For a moderation question or to contest a restriction, contact support@aura1v1.com and give enough context to identify the decision without sending unnecessary private information. A report does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Availability and ending participation
This is a developing private test. Features, capacity and access may change or be paused. You can stop playing and delete your account in the beta or contact the operator about your privacy rights. The privacy policy explains deletion limits. Material changes to terms should be communicated before they apply.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No blanket waiver of responsibility, injury liability or data protection rights is intended. These terms do not impose an exclusive court location or remove protections applicable where you live.
